Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards on the website and in our store. We also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay in our store.

Pricing: We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

Promotions: We may offer limited time promotional pricing and/or coupon pricing to registered customers. We reserve the right to reject coupons and cancel orders made with them. However, this should be a rare occurrence, and most of our coupons will be accepted without incident. We do not accept coupons from any other company or any other website.

Shipping: Most paid orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. However, holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may delay your order. If your purchase must be received as soon as possible, please select the appropriate shipping option. For urgent shipping, please also call us and/or leave a note on your order and send us an email either by replying to your order email or by using our Contact Us page.

A link to the details of an order will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed, and you can also view your orders from your account profile page.

We are pleased to offer FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING IN THE USA on orders over $50! Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am-3pm (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.

Purchases made via this website can be shipped worldwide, but can only be shipped for free within the fifty U.S. states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO addresses.

Alternatively, if you live near Bellevue, Washington, you can select Local Pickup as the delivery option and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup. This is typically the fastest option, and *might* be ready the same day.
