Returns and Exchanges

Articles purchased through this website may be eligible for an exchange if returned to us within 14 days. You may also bring articles purchased through this website to our physical retail store for exchange. No exchanges are accepted after 14 days from the original purchase date. All exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they will be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. Only articles purchased through this website or one of our physical locations may be accepted for exchange.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: custom orders, personalized and/or engraved merchandise, or on any jewelry that has been altered in size or length.

Before returning any merchandise, please contact us via email or at 1(425)449-8332 Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm PST to make sure your item is returnable. Returns should be sent via an insured shipping method with tracking to our Customer Service Center at:

For security reasons, do not write Holly Zhang Pearl Gallery on the outside of the box–just write HZPG.

If purchased in our physical store, please enclose a copy of the original receipt. If purchased online, please include a note with the order number, the date the order was placed, and a brief explanation describing the reason for the exchange, or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item (a resize fee may apply) or for a different item. Please include your current home address, email address, and telephone number. Please use shipment tracking and retain your tracking number. Please use our Contact Us page to send us the tracking information so we know when to expect it to arrive. A customer service representative will contact you within 72 hours of receiving the package.
