Articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund if returned to us within 15 days. You may also return articles purchased through this website to our physical retail store. Returns received at our physical store after 15 days but within 90 days may be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit. No returns or refunds are accepted after 90 days. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they will be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. Refunds can only be made to the same credit card account used for the purchase. Only articles purchased through this website or one of our physical locations are accepted for refund or exchange.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: custom orders, personalized and/or engraved merchandise, or on any jewelry that has been altered in size or length.

If purchased in our physical store, please enclose a copy of the original receipt. If purchased online, please include a note with the order number, the date the order was placed, and a brief explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item. Please include your current home address, email address, and telephone number. Please use shipment tracking and retain your tracking number. Please use our Contact Us page to send us the tracking information so we know when to expect it to arrive. A customer service representative will contact you within 72 hours of receiving the package.
