Shipping and Delivery
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA!  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am-3pm (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.
Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

 

Privacy and Security
We value you as one of our customers and we understand your privacy is important.  We strive to protect your privacy through our online policy.  Please review this policy regularly as it will be updated if our procedures change.

All information collected through areas such as product orders, requests for information, feedback, or registrations is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.  For example, your address related information is required for our shipping agent to deliver your product.  Holly Zhang Pearl Gallery is the owner of all data collected from this site and will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties other than as is disclosed in this policy.  Registration for contests and promotions are optional.

Information you share assists us in improving and personalizing our services for you.  Examples include promotions, recommendations based on prior purchases, or special occasion reminders.

Returns and Replacements
Articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund if returned to us within 15 days.  You may also return articles purchased through this website to our retail store within 15 days for an exchange or store credit only.  Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted.  Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.
Only articles purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 15 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt.  Refunds on purchases can only be made to the same credit card account used for the purchase. 
 
All sales are final on: special ordered, personalized, and/or engraved merchandise, and on any jewelry that has been altered in size or length.
 
Before returning any merchandise, please contact us via email or at 1(425)449-8332 Monday-Friday, 10:00am-8:00pm PST to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code.  Write this number on the outside of your package.  Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method to our Customer Service Center at:

For security reasons, do not write Holly Zhang Pearl Gallery on the outside of the box (just HZPG).  Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address, email address, and telephone number.  A customer service representative will contact you within 72 hours of receiving the package.

 

Ordering
Most paid orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.  However, holidays, inclement weather, and other unforseen circumstances beyond our control may delay your order.  If your purchase must be received as soon as possible, please select the appropriate shipping option.

 

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
 
Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover credit cards on the website, and American Express in our store.
 
Pricing: We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human.  If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price.  All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.
 
Promotions: We may offer limited time promotional pricing and/or coupon pricing to registered customers.  We reserve the right to reject coupons and cancel orders made with them.  However, this should be a rare occurrence, and most of our coupons will be accepted without incident.  We do not accept coupons from any other company or any other website.

 

Viewing Orders
A link to the details of an order will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed.

 

Updating Account Information
Customers may update their account information at any time by using the My Account link on the top right hand side of any page on our website.  Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order.
